Relax – you do not have to say no to everything you like. Keep in mind that the only way to produce a sustainable success in weight loss is managing a long term strategy in your daily life. Do not focus on crash dieting – you will drop weight quickly, but it is brutal for your body and you do not change your habits. This means, sooner or later, your will gain most probably the same amount of weight again.
Instead, try to be gentle to your body and mind and change your eating and movement patterns step by step. Try to unterstand and live the basic ruels of an healthy fitness lifestyle instead of following a regimen which might overstress your body and mind. Seek to respect your body and to understand why you are in this condition in which you are right now. That will help you to built will power and consistency for a real and lasting change in your life attitude.
My proposal: depending on your fitness level, start with an easy training shedule on 2-3 days per week for 30 – 60 minutes per workout. See how you feel, and slowly increase it. If you are not sure where to start, please consider taking classes with a professional trainer – that will save your time and help you to avoid health risks and injuries.
Additionally, start reading books about holisitic nutrition – only in addition with wholefood choices you will drop weight. This does not mean that you are not allowed to enjoy sweets, snacks etc. – but it should be a minimum and at a time when you really enjoy eating it. Avoid eating sweets & snacks as a habit! That is one major demand for weight loss: make about 70 – 80 % right choices, but leave some space for food which you desire for. Depending on your weight / body fat goal, you might decrease the amount of food choices which are not that good. Choose preferably food high in nutrients and low in calories – such as recommended in a wholefood diet.
