I took this pictures yesterday during a Nordic Walking session with a personal training client close to Adlisberg, Zurich/ Switzerland. It was the most amazing view I have seen in this area for months. Even sometimes with good weather you do not have such clear views. Enjoy the pictures – maybe you gain some motivation to train more outdoors! Especially outdoor sport has proven to be a helpful method against stress, depression and for boosting your immune system, fun and effectiveness within your training.
