Ingredients for (2 Portions)
2 apples, pitted and chopped
1 chicoree, minced
2 carotts, rasped
2 tomatos, minced
1 yellow bell pepper, pitted and minced
100 g mixed lettuce leaves, minced
50 g mungo sprouds
1 orange, squeezed
1 citron, squeezed
Preparation:
Clean, pitt, mince and mix ingredients. The sauce is a mixture of the juice of an orange and a citron – citrus fruits give your salad a fresh taste. With a bite wholemeal bread (e.g. with skim curd cheese and edamame cheese) it makes up a great healthy meal!
