Raktor-competitive product for the market leader of reactive training Xco

I just tested today the”Raktor”, which you can use in the same way as the popular “Xco”. These two products are used as running and walking equipment as well as for functional sport training. Because of the forth and back movement of the granulate inside, opposite muscle chains work closely together to move from one direction into the other. This is a  ”stop-and-go” training for the muscles, nerves and joints, with low speed up to an explosive performance. When you perform sport related movements, e.g. for golf the explosive golf swing into both directions, you can prepare your body well for the stability demands of your sport. Besides stability you train joint mobility, coordination as well as body and movement awareness.

 

I also use this kind of equipment for personal training purposes (e.g. toning) and to add variety to my outdoor workouts.

One more thing: I think it`s funky to see the granulate shaking – the product comes in a transparent mantle. Further compared to XCO:  it fits a little better into the shape of the hand, the grip is more immune to liquid, you can clean it more easy and – it is about 50 $ cheaper than XCO. If you ask me, XCO is great and I like to train with it. But this is a worthy competetive product, and the plus factors make it worth a buy & try!

Training Equipment: The Gymstick

The Gymstick consists of two tubes which are connected to a light bar. I like it for my own training as well as for personal training because it is really versatilely. Stick you feet into the slopes and try any exsrcise you can imagine, just keep your back stable at all time. The Gymstick is offered for several resistance levels, from light to heavy.

Balance boards add great value to your training. With various exercises on a board you train your coordination, important muscle patterns and your intrinsic muscles. My recommendation: add a balance boards to your workouts and perform some exercises, which mean no difficulty for you, with the board. You could do a squat on the board instead on the floor, or pushups. Keep the principle of variation as a part of your training and your body and brain will profit much more from your training!

Compared to other systems on the market with which i have worked so far, it is a reliable computer system with few breakdowns. Clients like the comfort and ease of use. Because of the high prize I would recommend the system for luxury spas for which design and status quo is important. smaller facilities should focus on cost effective equipment.
